Immigration Law Fees

Our hourly rate for undertaking personal Immigration or Corporate Immigration is £350 per hour plus VAT. On average, this type of work takes between 6 to 12 hours to complete depending on the complexity of the application. This means that, on average costs will range from £1,000 to £3,000 plus VAT.  All disbursements will be charged at cost price to the client.

We also have a fixed fee transparency price list as follows:

Ø  Applications for naturalisation or registration under the British Nationality Act 1981: £1,500 plus VAT plus disbursements at cost price.

Ø  Student and work experience visas: £1,200 plus VAT plus disbursements

Ø  Visit visas: £1,000 plus VAT plus disbursements

Ø  Spouse and partners applications, including fiancé(e)s or proposed civil partners: £1,700 plus VAT plus disbursements

Ø  Applications for work, business or study under the Points-Based System:

Ø  Tier 1 Innovator or Start up: £6,000 plus VAT to £25,0000 plus VAT, plus disbursements (depending on the complexity)

Ø  Dependent relative and family reunion applications: £1,200 plus VAT plus disbursements at cost price.

Ø  Other categories, such as applications on the basis of long residence:

Ø  10 years: £3,000 to £10,000 plus VAT plus disbursements (depending on the complexity)

Ø  20 years: £4,000 to £15,000 plus VAT plus disbursements (depending on the complexity)

Ø  Applications from overstayers based on human rights and family life: £2,000 plus VAT to £4,000 plus VAT, plus disbursements (depending on the complexity)
